Two kinds of Fair Go max cashout
"Max cashout" gets used for two different things, and mixing them up causes most of the confusion:
- A bonus cap limits how much of a particular bonus's winnings you can ever withdraw. At Fair Go, free-money promotions carry one by default: $180.
- Withdrawal limits control how fast money leaves your account, whatever its source: $7,500 a week, and $100 to $2,500 per transfer.
A bonus cap removes money for good. A withdrawal limit just makes you wait for it.
The $180 cap on free-money promotions
Fair Go's terms read: $180 AUD from free-money promotions unless stated otherwise. It covers bonuses you didn't deposit for, such as the BUBBLE15 no-deposit spins. However well the spins go, and however big your balance after wagering, $180 is the most that can come out. Here's how that plays out:
- BUBBLE15's 15 spins win $30.
- At 60x, that's $1,800 of bets before anything can be withdrawn.
- You finish the wagering with $420 in your balance.
- You can withdraw $180. The other $240 doesn't come with you.
Deposit bonuses such as WELCOME are a different category. Fair Go's terms tie the $180 default to free-money promotions, and the WELCOME listing doesn't name a cap of its own. If you're not sure whether an offer counts as a free-money promotion, ask before you play it. Fair Draw prizes, freeroll prizes and comp-point spins are the grey areas. Our no-deposit bonus page covers BUBBLE15 in full.
Where the $100 minimum withdrawal bites
Fair Go's banking page lists withdrawals of $100 to $2,500 per transfer. Put that next to the free-money cap and you get a narrow window. Winnings from a no-deposit bonus have to reach $100 before you can request a transfer of them, and they stop at $180. So the realistic range for cashing out free-money winnings on their own is $100 to $180.
Fees matter at that size too. Bitcoin and eZeeWallet withdrawals are listed as free. A wire transfer costs $50, which would take about 28% of a $180 cash-out.
The weekly limit on big wins
Fair Go's terms limit withdrawals to $7,500 per customer per week, and each transfer tops out at $2,500. Big wins are paid in instalments:
| Balance to withdraw | Weeks needed | Transfers needed |
|---|---|---|
| $5,000 | 1 | 2 |
| $7,500 | 1 | 3 |
| $20,000 | 3 | 8 |
| $50,000 | 7 | 20 |
A win made with a deposit bonus still has to clear its wagering first; the weekly limit only starts to matter once the money is withdrawable. Fair Go says withdrawals are processed within 2 business days of the request, once your account is verified, so a long series of transfers takes patience.
Verification comes first
Fair Go requires account verification before it processes a withdrawal. Doing it early, before you've won anything, means your first cash-out isn't held up by paperwork. Use the name and address that match your ID and payment method, and keep the documents handy on your phone.
Planning a cash-out around the limits
- Read the offer's own cap first. An offer's terms override the $180 default.
- Use a free method for small amounts. Bitcoin and eZeeWallet are listed without fees.
- Let free-money winnings reach $100 before you ask for a transfer.
- Verify early, so a 2-business-day withdrawal isn't held up by paperwork.
- Expect instalments on big wins, and plan transfers of up to $2,500 each.
- Never deposit more to "unlock" a capped balance. The cap doesn't move.
The wagering requirements guide and the max bet rule guide cover the two other rules that decide whether a bonus balance ever reaches the withdrawal stage.
